God Wants You Well

Colossians 1:15 Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before God made anything at all and is supreme over all creation.
Colossians 1:15 [Now] He is the exact likeness of the unseen God [the visible representation of the invisible]; He is the Firstborn of all creation.(Amp )
The most perfect physical representation of the Almighty God is seen in the person of Jesus, right from His earthly walk to His resurrection. The most perfect understanding of God that any man can have is to understand the Almighty God in Christ!
So when we look at the accounts of Jesus’ earth-walk, we see that He Always Healed the Sick. Every sick person who encountered Jesus got their healing.
St. Matthew 8:16 That evening, many demon-possessed people were brought to Jesus. All the spirits fled when he commanded them to leave; and he healed all the sick.
St. Matthew 8:17 This fulfilled the word of the Lord through Isaiah, who said, “He took our sicknesses and removed our diseases.”
God is committed to having you healed! God will never inflict you with sickness. In fact, by reason of Jesus Christ’s death, burial and resurrection, you are entitled to not just divine healing but divine health. So it is spiritually illegal for you to be sick.

Just like sin and death, God is not the source of sickness and disease. They are a byproduct of man’s state of spiritual death or spiritual separation from God, which was activated when Adam sinned.
Romans 5:17 The sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over us, but all who receive God’s wonderful, gracious gift of righteousness will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ. (NLT)
This scripture is referring to people who have believed that the Lord Jesus Christ died for their sins and arose on the 3rd day for their justification. If you’re saved, it is your right to triumph over sin and death. It is your right to triumph over sickness and disease.
Colossians 1:12 Giving thanks to the Father, which has made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
Colossians 1:13 Who has delivered us from the power of darkness and has translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
When you got saved, you got translated into the kingdom of God’s beloved son Jesus Christ. This means, you now live under the authority of Jesus, and it is illegal for the citizens of this kingdom to be inflicted by sickness and diseases. Sickness will only stay in your body if you permit it. To do so is to allow yourself to be cheated by the devil. I ask you, today, will you continue to permit sickness in your body?

Luke 6:17 And he came down with them and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases;
Luke 6:18 And they that were vexed with unclean spirits, and they were healed.
Luke 6:19 And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.
The healing power of Jesus can cure any and every kind of disease. There is absolutely no incurable disease that the power of Jesus cannot cure. The healing power of Jesus is as potent today as it was back then. The healing power of Jesus is not selective; He can heal anybody who comes in contact with Him. Be assured that Jesus is not just capable; He is willing to heal all forms of sickness. He is willing to heal you! But you have to put your faith in Jesus for your healing. You have to exert your faith, with uttermost determination to receive just one outcome: your healing! You will never regret putting your faith in Jesus for your healing.

Matthew 8:16 When the even was come, they brought to him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:
Matthew 8:17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bore our sicknesses.[AKJV]
Matthew 8:17 was quoted from
Isaiah 53:4 Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy]. [AMPV]
You no longer need to identify with your sickness like it’s a priceless possession. Stop saying it’s my cancer or my diabetes, or my ulcer, or my migraine, or whatever it is that you have been diagnosed with. To do that is to deny what Jesus did for you in his death on the cross. Jesus already bore your sickness, weakness, and distress; you need not bear them anymore. If Jesus had borne or been smitten with your sickness, you need not bear them again. For He paid the full price for your redemption from sin, death, sicknesses, and diseases.

Proverbs 17:22 A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones. [Prov. 12:25; 15:13, 15.]
Bitterness can be a major hindrance to receiving healing. Shun every act of envy, malice, unforgiveness, anger, and everything that causes you to wallow in bitterness as it can cause sickness to the body and also be a major hindrance to the healing power of God in your body. Bitterness is a form of emotional sickness and the power of God can heal you emotionally too.

Proverbs 4:20-23 My son, attend to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Let them not depart from your eyes; keep them in the middle of your heart. For they are life to those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep your heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
Your eyes and ears are the major gateways to your heart. Your heart will bear fruits of the words that you sow into it. Be mindful of words that make your heart sickness-conscious, for such plants fear and can make your body vulnerable to illnesses. Rather feed your heart with the word of God for they are life to those that find them and health to their flesh. Don’t wait till sickness strikes, don’t wait till the symptoms aggravate, don’t wait till the diseases become a crisis. Fill up your heart with the life-giving word of God that assures you of His healing promises to you. Even when the case has become incurable, Feed on the word of God for the word of God is life and medicine to your flesh. The word of God can cure incurable diseases.

Healing Nuggets 7.0
Proverbs 4:20-23 Pay attention, my child, to what I say. Listen carefully. Don’t lose sight of my words. Let them penetrate deep within your heart, for they bring life and radiant health to anyone who discovers their meaning. Above all else, guard your heart, for it affects everything you do.
One of the ways to receive your healing is to keep meditating on God’s word, especially His promises concerning your healing. You keep feeding until you’re totally healed as it’s usually a process. As you see and hear God’s word, you meditate upon it and then put those words on your lips and begin to speak them over your body, which causes your body to respond to God’s healing power. God’s word is life, the same word brought into existence things that never existed, God’s word can reverse the most hopeless medical conditions.

Romans 4:17-18 That is what the Scriptures mean when God told him, “I have made you the father of many nations.” This happened because Abraham believed in the God who brings the dead back to life and who brings into existence what didn’t exist before. When God promised Abraham that he would become the father of many nations, Abraham believed him. God had also said, “Your descendants will be as numerous as the stars,” even though such a promise seemed utterly impossible!
Impossibility and hopelessness cannot be found in God because He is the God who brings the dead back to life and brings into existence things that never existed. God can give you new organs, he can perfectly heal you of any diseases. One of the surest ways to receive your healing is to believe and confess God’s word above any other contrary word.

Isaiah 33:24 No one living in Zion will say, “I am ill”; and the sins of those who dwell there will be forgiven.
Since sickness came as a result of the fall of man because of sin. Divine health came as part of the redemption package. Just as your sins have been washed away and you’re now justified, you no longer deserve to suffer the pangs of sickness for you have come to mount Zion, the city of the living God. You’re now a part of God’s prestigious family and whatever cannot be found In God should not be found in you. Sickness cannot be found in God, hence sickness has no place in your body!

Psalms 41:3 The Lord sustains him on his sickbed; in his illness, thou healest all his infirmities.(RSV)
God has the capacity to preserve you from dying, from any sickness. The last thing that should come to your mind when you’re sick is the fear of death. Even when the Doctors say it’s an incurable sickness be reassured that God can and will heal all your infirmities. Now, get up from your sick bed, and be healed!
